Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, our print-on-demand partner Printify ensures most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days.

Shipping rates depend on multiple factors. For transparency, you may also consult the Printify Shipping Rates page.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not include the 2–7 business-day production window.

We ship to U.S. addresses only. International orders are not supported at this time.

​

If your package is marked “delivered” but doesn’t arrive, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. Reach out to us if issues persist—we’ll do our best to assist.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued as store credit only. Exchanges are welcome for any eligible item.

 

Contact us at pistnlivin@yahoo.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate your return or exchange. Securely package your item and follow the instructions provided by our team. Once we receive and inspect your item, your store credit or exchange will be processed promptly.
